Will the AI make things up?

It writes from the brief you give it, then checks every price, date and name in the draft against that brief and flags anything it can't trace back, so you see it before anyone else does.

Can the agent send email on its own?

No. Reading, drafting and test sends happen automatically for editors; sending a campaign or adding contacts stops and waits for someone to approve it. People with view-only access get an agent that can only look and advise.

How many AI emails do I get?

15 a month on Free and 75 on Pro, more on the larger tiers and on Team, plus bundles of 50 or 200 that never expire. No plan has unlimited AI, so the limit is always clear.

Which models does it use?

LuneaMail uses Claude by Anthropic for writing, review and the agent. Customer content isn't used to train models.
